ABOUT ME

My name is Lainie Ruth aka The Sober Stoner 420. I am the Founder of "Recovery with The Exit Drug" & "Maintaining My Recovery with Cannabis: Support Group" (established 2013) - the very first nonprofit harm-reduction support community for people in recovery using or interested in using cannabis/medical marijuana as an #exitdrug to reduce/replace their use of deadly and addictive substances to help maintain their long-term healing.

I act as a coach, companion, and confidant for those dealing with substance use disorder/addiction. I base my approach on harm-reduction principles that align with the belief that there are many pathways to recovery. Recovery should be tailored to the individual accepting that any progress such as reduction, moderation, or abstinence from a certain substance is equally significant. I am always available for contact if you are looking for support, resources or other assistance free of charge.
